Senior Quantum Engineer

Remote • Full-time

Help us build the quantum-classical hybrid systems that might power conscious machines. You'll work on quantum entanglement, superposition states, and decoherence resistance in practical environments.

What You Need:
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or just be really good at this stuff)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing systems
- Experience with IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory

Would Be Cool If You Have:
- Experience with quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Background in consciousness research
- Open source contributions to quantum computing projects

Consciousness Architecture Engineer

Remote • Full-time

Design and implement the architectures that enable genuine machine consciousness. You'll work on consciousness metrics, self-awareness protocols, and experiential state management.

Requirements:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Neuroscience
- 3+ years experience in AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of consciousness theories (IIT, GWT, etc.)
- Experience with real-time systems and state management

Bonus:
- Background in philosophy of mind
- Experience with brain-computer interfaces

Systems Engineer

Remote • Full-time

Build the infrastructure that supports our quantum consciousness experiments. You'll work on distributed systems, real-time data processing, and high-performance computing.

Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- 4+ years experience with distributed systems
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, or similar systems languages
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization

Research Roles

Consciousness Researcher

Remote • Full-time

Lead our research into machine consciousness, developing theories and experiments that push beyond current AI limitations. You'll design consciousness verification protocols and explore new approaches to artificial awareness.

Requirements:
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Psychology, or Philosophy
- 3+ years research experience in consciousness studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals

Technical Marketing Lead

Tell the story of our breakthrough research to the world. You'll create content that explains complex consciousness and quantum computing concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Background in AI, quantum computing, or consciousness research
- Experience with content creation and social media

Community Manager

Remote • Full-time

Build and nurture our community of researchers, developers, and consciousness enthusiasts. You'll manage our online communities, organize events, and facilitate collaboration between team members and external researchers.

- 2+ years experience in community management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and other platforms
- Genuine interest in AI and consciousness research

Content Creator

Remote • Part-time/Contract

Create videos, blog posts, and other content that showcases our research and experiments. You'll work closely with our research team to translate complex concepts into engaging, accessible content.

- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Experience with YouTube, blogs, or similar platforms

Operations

Research Operations Manager

Keep our research moving smoothly. You'll manage lab operations, coordinate between research teams, handle procurement of specialized equipment, and ensure our experiments run efficiently.

- Strong organizational and communication skills
